Get started.
Caesar Kalinowski:Don't put it off until later or after we get through the summer.
Caesar Kalinowski:I know last small groups do that, man.
Caesar Kalinowski:I hate that because we're supposed to be the family of God.
Caesar Kalinowski:We are the family of God.
Caesar Kalinowski:And so families don't take off the summer.
Caesar Kalinowski:You would never tell your kids.
Caesar Kalinowski:Oh, well, Hey kids, mom and dad were taking the summer off.
Caesar Kalinowski:I mean, it's just too busy and we're going to be partying and hanging out and doing vacations.
Caesar Kalinowski:So we'll see in the fall, you know, like, no, so just like that now we've got time.
Caesar Kalinowski:And people are coming out of the woodwork now is the perfect time everyone's reconnecting with friends and neighbors and their communities,
Caesar Kalinowski:. You're probably experiencing that.
Caesar Kalinowski:So the thing you want to get to or get back to are going to be.
Caesar Kalinowski:Predictable patterns.

Caesar Kalinowski:In fact, it has been all week.
Caesar Kalinowski:I think we're still up into the seventies, 70 degree Fahrenheit for those who are in Europe or elsewhere, where you measure things a little differently.
Caesar Kalinowski:I am loving it.
Caesar Kalinowski:Isn't it amazing how much better life just feels?
Caesar Kalinowski:When it's nicer out than when it's not.
Caesar Kalinowski:And not that it's been so bad here, it's been a pretty great summer . And I am loving it.
Caesar Kalinowski:Totally changes my attitude,

Caesar Kalinowski:And if you're loving what you've been hearing here in the podcast, if you find the things we talk about gospel, fluency and discipleship in everyday life, if you're finding this helpful, and you'd like a little more personal help with, you know what you're doing on mission, trying to move your family more towards mission you're Missional Community to actually be on mission, or you're trying to tweak your small group towards.
Caesar Kalinowski:You know, more outward expression.
Caesar Kalinowski:I know a lot of churches are doing this and I'm praising God for that.
Caesar Kalinowski:We would love to talk to you about our coaching and see if that would be a good fit for you, because that's exactly what we do.
Caesar Kalinowski:We give people a full framework for discipleship, gospel, fluency, living on mission.
Caesar Kalinowski:And I'd love to tell you about that.
Caesar Kalinowski:We've got new cohorts starting up soon.
Caesar Kalinowski:It looks like a handful of people of surface that really want to get a new group together.
Caesar Kalinowski:So we have a few more spaces.
Caesar Kalinowski:Uh, of couples, we can get one going and I'm just would love to help you with all of that discipleship as a lifestyle.
Caesar Kalinowski:So you can start to experience greater spiritual freedom and relational peace with people right now.
Caesar Kalinowski:Okay.
Caesar Kalinowski:I'd love to set up a short zoom call to get to know you better answer any questions you have and tell you all about what we do.
Caesar Kalinowski:See if it's a good fit for you.
Caesar Kalinowski:You can learn more and actually.
Caesar Kalinowski:Even getting in touch with me about the coaching to set up that call by going to Everyday Disciple dot com forward slash coaching.
Caesar Kalinowski:I'm pretty excited to talk with you today about.
Caesar Kalinowski:Restarting or resurrecting your Missional Community.
Caesar Kalinowski:And I want to give you a few simple, yet intentional rhythms that you can dive into that will make all the difference and get you and your community back on track because it's, really time to begin to begin again.
Caesar Kalinowski:Right now right now, first of all, I just want to say don't beat yourself up.
Caesar Kalinowski:You know, things happen to all of us, even in the best of times and our best intentions, don't always stay that intentional and the stuff of life happens.
Caesar Kalinowski:So don't beat yourself up, just pick yourself up and remember that you're deeply loved by God and you can begin again.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's okay.
Caesar Kalinowski:But I really do want to underscore get started.
Caesar Kalinowski:Don't put it off until later.
Caesar Kalinowski:Or after we get through the summer, I know the last small groups do that night.
Caesar Kalinowski:I hate that because we're supposed to be the family of God.
Caesar Kalinowski:We are the family of God.
Caesar Kalinowski:And so families don't take off the summer.
Caesar Kalinowski:Like you would never tell your kids, Oh, well, Hey kids, mom and dad are, we're taking the summer off and it's just too busy and we're going to be partying and hanging out and doing vacations.
Caesar Kalinowski:So we'll see in the fall.
Caesar Kalinowski:You know, like, no, so the thing you want to get to or get back to are going to be predictable patterns.
Caesar Kalinowski:You're going to hear that term for me a lot today.
Caesar Kalinowski:You probably have heard me say that before in the podcast, but getting to predictable patterns, those few key rhythms in your Community life that.
Caesar Kalinowski:Everyone knows you'll for sure be doing them together at the same time, in the same way each week.
Caesar Kalinowski:So they become predictable.
Caesar Kalinowski:We can schedule them, we can start to prioritize them.
Caesar Kalinowski:You'll need to get into this rhythm again of predictable patterns.
Caesar Kalinowski:And I'm going to suggest today that you go back to basics thinking, you know, up and in and out.
Caesar Kalinowski:We see in scripture that Jesus maintained balance and priority in his life by perfectly integrating these three relational dynamics, like time with his father growing deep in that relationship.
Caesar Kalinowski:That was his upward relationship.
Caesar Kalinowski:He spent time with those.
Caesar Kalinowski:He was discipling and close Community, his inward relationships.
Caesar Kalinowski:And he spent time with those outside of his close circle, other people, right.
Caesar Kalinowski:All kinds of stuff with other people, his outward relationships, and usually had some of his disciples sort of with him there for that.
Caesar Kalinowski:What I'm going to want you to do today is to pick something in each of these three sort of relational dynamics up in and out and experience it.
Caesar Kalinowski:Again, in a new , natural way within one of the six discipleship rhythms of life.
Caesar Kalinowski:Now, if you're not familiar with the six discipleship rhythms, they're the six rhythms of life that God has kind of shown us.
Caesar Kalinowski:And we've used for years now, as we build Missional communities and build out our own lives on mission.
Caesar Kalinowski:But certainly as we make disciples.
Caesar Kalinowski:God has shown us.
Caesar Kalinowski:There's the six natural rhythms of life that we all live in.
Caesar Kalinowski:Everyone's lived in them forever since the garden of Eden forward.
Caesar Kalinowski:And Israel did, and Jesus and his disciples did.
Caesar Kalinowski:They're true of all of us.
Caesar Kalinowski:And what's beautiful about it is we already live in these six natural rhythms of life and.
Caesar Kalinowski:We don't have to think about adding anything to our life.
Caesar Kalinowski:So when we start to see our discipleship fitting into these rhythms, it's not, you know, additional stuff we have to look at.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's just intentionalization right?
Caesar Kalinowski:We're looking at the rhythms.
Caesar Kalinowski:We live in our neighbors, live in the people in our Missional Community or small group live in, and we're bringing a new perspective to these six rhythms.
Caesar Kalinowski:So I want to briefly either teach you or remind you, you have these six natural discipleship rhythms of life, and then I'll connect them to this up in and out.
Caesar Kalinowski:Relational dynamic that we see in Jesus' life, in that perspective for you I'll connect all that and it will be powerful.
Caesar Kalinowski:And it'll give you so many handles and so many ideas to be able to get started and restart your Missional Community life.
Caesar Kalinowski:Okay.
Caesar Kalinowski:So the first of the six rhythms, we call story formed.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's it's this idea that everyone has a story and has been shaped by some dominant story in their life.
Caesar Kalinowski:How well do you know and teach the story of God and know each other's stories so you can help each other connect your story.
Caesar Kalinowski:In a deeper way to God's bigger story.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's really this idea of being shaped by story.
Caesar Kalinowski:Everyone has one, God's been writing his story forever and he continues to write that story.
Caesar Kalinowski:We're a part of that, but that's one of the natural rhythms of life is getting to know our story, how it fits up in ways that are deep and life-changing into God's bigger story.
Caesar Kalinowski:The second rhythm is listen.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's the rhythm of listening, who are, what are you most listening to?
Caesar Kalinowski:We all have these dominant voices in our head that speak into our identity and our past and our future and who we think ourselves to be and how we spend our time, like who, you know, who are, what are you most listening to?
Caesar Kalinowski:And what we want to suggest is that you, as a disciple, who makes disciples, you want to cultivate this idea of listening backward and forward, listening backward through God's word and forward to the Holy spirit, and then through others in your community.
Caesar Kalinowski:And that rhythm can be cultivated.
Caesar Kalinowski:We're always listening to somebody there's somebody feeding into our life on TV and media, or, you know, our teacher or our parents and people.
Caesar Kalinowski:Sometimes they're not even alive anymore.
Caesar Kalinowski:We want to cultivate listening.
Caesar Kalinowski:To God's voice, not just telling God what we want him to do in prayer, but really listening to him.
Caesar Kalinowski:The next of these six natural rhythms are celebrate.
Caesar Kalinowski:We all live in a rhythm of celebrations And you're going to be a part of a lot of celebrations.
Caesar Kalinowski:So who or what are you celebrating?
Caesar Kalinowski:How are you regularly celebrating God's extravagant generosity together as a community to have you done that lately?
Caesar Kalinowski:Are you doing that?
Caesar Kalinowski:That can be a window that we can begin to set up as a predictable pattern in our life.
Caesar Kalinowski:And how are you inviting others to the party, so to speak.
Caesar Kalinowski:And when you're at parties and celebrations, are you thinking mission and discipleship and opportunity here?
Caesar Kalinowski:You're going anyway.
Caesar Kalinowski:You're going to have a blast anyway.
Caesar Kalinowski:But that's a rhythm that your community can also participate in, in discipleship.
Caesar Kalinowski:Now here's a predictable rhythm of life that everybody lives in.
Caesar Kalinowski:For sure.
Caesar Kalinowski:You're going to see this one right away.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's eat.
Caesar Kalinowski:We live in a rhythm of eating.
Caesar Kalinowski:Most of us eat 21 meals a week and meals are a daily reminder of our common need for God.
Caesar Kalinowski:And so when we eat together, we commune around that truth, reminded of God as our provider.
Caesar Kalinowski:And it is an important rhythm of life for our families, for People of Peace that we're building relationship with.
Caesar Kalinowski:And definitely for our communities, if you're a Missional Community or even a small group that doesn't eat together regularly, I'd say that's the best place to start recapture that inward.
Caesar Kalinowski:Sort of dynamic by eating together and really, you know, reconnecting that bond and going deeper, get to know each other's stories, listen to each other, listen to God for each other.
Caesar Kalinowski:You see how these all start to kind of fit together.
Caesar Kalinowski:There's no one order we live in all these rhythms already, and it's just a matter of an intentionality there.
Caesar Kalinowski:Okay.
Caesar Kalinowski:The next rhythm is bless.
Caesar Kalinowski:We've been blessed to be a blessing.
Caesar Kalinowski:That's part of the original sort of covenant of God.
Caesar Kalinowski:We're all super resourced and blessed.
Caesar Kalinowski:And how can you as a family individually, and as a community intentionally bless others through your words, gifts or actions each week.
Caesar Kalinowski:That's a beautiful rhythm and it shows the heart of God in all kinds of things.
Caesar Kalinowski:And, and what I'm talking about, aren't giant things that are expensive or take weeks and months of planning.
Caesar Kalinowski:I'm talking about just paying attention there again, an intentionality of the needs that are out there, the blessings we have and how we can share that through word action or gift.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's simple, but it's powerful when a whole community together in a neighborhood or in proximity together begins to intentionally bless people two or three a week and word action or gift.
Caesar Kalinowski:That's a lot of blessings happening, but people are going to notice it's going to change you.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's going to change them.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's going to be very, very attractive.
Caesar Kalinowski:And then the sixth rhythm of life is this, this idea of we call it recreate.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's two words we put together, it's rest and create.
Caesar Kalinowski:Rest and create out of our rest.
Caesar Kalinowski:We create and work.
Caesar Kalinowski:We rest in Christ's completed, work on the cross and then out of that rest, we can work and create beauty and value and blessings for others.
Caesar Kalinowski:See how that works, but we don't do it to gain approval from God or look good or be our own provision.
Caesar Kalinowski:We rest in Christ provision, his completed work.
Caesar Kalinowski:And that's our lifestyle.
Caesar Kalinowski:And we can cultivate that.
Caesar Kalinowski:We live in a rhythm of rest and create, and, the idea is really biblical from creation it's that humans were created.
Caesar Kalinowski:And then the next day was a day of rest and we want to work from rest, take time to rest and play and create and restore beauty in all kinds of ways that reflect God to others.
Caesar Kalinowski:And then remind us of his great provision on the cross and throughout our life.
Caesar Kalinowski:That's a key sabbaththing, rhythm that God has called us all into.
Caesar Kalinowski:It was one of the 10 commandments and it's, God's most repeated rhythm, very important.
Caesar Kalinowski:And that's a rhythm that ultimately you're going to want to establish in your disciple-making communities.
Caesar Kalinowski:Now, I want to suggest that to restart your Missional Community, you pick one new rhythm that you can begin to do together.
Caesar Kalinowski:And make it a predictable pattern.
Caesar Kalinowski:So if it's starting to get back together to eat great, if you want to get together and start to know each other stories, or maybe do the story of God together.
Caesar Kalinowski:Awesome.
Caesar Kalinowski:But I want you to do this as a predictable pattern and I would pick one of those six rhythms connected to each of the three relational dynamics of up and in and out.
Caesar Kalinowski:Maybe don't understand what I'm saying yet, but I think you will let me put a little bit more meat on the bone here for you, so to speak.
Caesar Kalinowski:And I'm going to give you some suggestions to get started in each category.
Caesar Kalinowski:All right.
Caesar Kalinowski:And by the way, I'll give you a full up in and out.
Caesar Kalinowski:Connected to the six discipleship rhythms matrix kind of crosses over and you go, Oh, here's a way to go up in all six rhythms.
Caesar Kalinowski:Here's a way to, to do inward and Community in all six rhythms.
Caesar Kalinowski:Here's, a way to go out in.
Caesar Kalinowski:All right.
Caesar Kalinowski:So it's going to, you're going to see like, Oh my gosh, there's so many opportunities and they're very natural.
Caesar Kalinowski:Pick one in each each of those relational dynamics upward, inward outward, and the six rhythms and get going.
Caesar Kalinowski:All right.
Caesar Kalinowski:And I want to, I want to add that.
Caesar Kalinowski:To the big three download this week.
Caesar Kalinowski:And I'll tell you more about the big three in just a minute.
Caesar Kalinowski:So just as a reminder up that dynamic of up is a rhythm of connecting deeper to God and the gospel together as a community.
Caesar Kalinowski:So here's a few ideas together.
Caesar Kalinowski:Grow in your gospel fluency, maybe by going through the Gospel primer together for eight weeks.
Caesar Kalinowski:You've heard me talk about that.
Caesar Kalinowski:Probably you can, can always find that online, go to Missio publishing.com an eight week study that you do in Community.
Caesar Kalinowski:And it'll take you deep into your understanding of the gospel and.
Caesar Kalinowski:help you grow in gospel fluency, and that will really connect you deeply to the father's heart in every area of life.
Caesar Kalinowski:That's a great upward kind of connected inward rhythm.
Caesar Kalinowski:Cause you do it together and Community.
Caesar Kalinowski:Here's another one.
Caesar Kalinowski:Spend time listening to God together, not asking him to do a bunch of stuff for you, but listening for his voice.
Caesar Kalinowski:And what's next for you individually, as families as a community.
Caesar Kalinowski:Here's another one, another upward sort of idea.
Caesar Kalinowski:Read and discuss one narrative from scripture together, a narrative there's the Bible's three quarters narrative, and then ask, what did we learn about God?
Caesar Kalinowski:What did we learn about God?
Caesar Kalinowski:And what might he be saying to us in this story?
Caesar Kalinowski:And what, what are we gonna do with that?
Caesar Kalinowski:What are we going to do about that as a community this week is God calling us to do anything with that could be that he is right.
Caesar Kalinowski:So those are just a few ideas.
Caesar Kalinowski:There's a whole lot more in that, in that, download that up and out six discipleship rhythms matrix.
Caesar Kalinowski:Here's a few in ideas.
Caesar Kalinowski:This idea of inward focus in relational, dynamic, living more like a family.
Caesar Kalinowski:In your Missional Community.
Caesar Kalinowski:That's our, that's our hope and our goal.
Caesar Kalinowski:We are God's family.
Caesar Kalinowski:We're all his children that makes us family, and we want to live increasingly like a family, not like a weekly meeting.
Caesar Kalinowski:So here's a few ideas for that.
Caesar Kalinowski:You could begin to go through the story of God or the story formed way together.
Caesar Kalinowski:Those are story sets with they're all narratives in there.
Caesar Kalinowski:There's all the dialogue included and connected.
Caesar Kalinowski:And I have training for all of that.
Caesar Kalinowski:And I, and that there'll be links to that.
Caesar Kalinowski:If you get the big three download with that matrix in it, it'll, it'll have links to all that stuff for you for free.
Caesar Kalinowski:Take time to really get to know each other's stories as well, or maybe that's where you want to start.
Caesar Kalinowski:Cause you don't really know each other's stories that well, not, not where you understand everyone's unbelief because remember that's discipleship, helping people move from unbelief.
Caesar Kalinowski:To belief in the gospel, in every area of life.
Caesar Kalinowski:Getting to know our stories deeply is a big part of that.
Caesar Kalinowski:Here's another one sharing the Lord's supper or communion as a community together that's inward, but it's also upward.
Caesar Kalinowski:Isn't it?
Caesar Kalinowski:That's a beautiful thing.
Caesar Kalinowski:Unless somehow your church or denomination forbids that in Community life.
Caesar Kalinowski:I sure hope they don't.
Caesar Kalinowski:Jesus commanded it.
Caesar Kalinowski:I don't think any humans should tell us.
Caesar Kalinowski:We shouldn't, when God, when Jesus said every time you eat, do this, that's a beautiful thing to do in Community.
Caesar Kalinowski:Here's another idea having a family dinner night as a community, like one night a week, and maybe it's not, when you're doing mission or studying or doing the store, maybe it's just a family dinner night.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's just no big agenda other than to be together.
Caesar Kalinowski:That's a beautiful place to start when you're restarting, let's just start getting together for meals again.
Caesar Kalinowski:Now here's some ideas for outward startups, things you can start doing with outward new, predictable patterns, building relationships with those outside your Missional Community, maybe regularly frequent the same few restaurants or pubs, cafes or parks.
Caesar Kalinowski:So as to build.
Caesar Kalinowski:Familiarity and new relationships reconnect with locals, but it takes intentionality pick a day or a night of the week, every week go to the same place.
Caesar Kalinowski:The same time.
Caesar Kalinowski:Then you run into the staff again, and some of your neighbors or patrons that you've seen or you're build new relationships, go for it.
Caesar Kalinowski:Here's another idea.
Caesar Kalinowski:Regularly serve some need as a community out in your neighborhood or something in your city, you know, adopt a park or local school grounds.
Caesar Kalinowski:Maybe that's an outward rhythm you can do to re start your Missional Community life beyond just the weekly meeting and say, Hey, this weekend, let's pull something together and let's go serve our neighbors in this way.
Caesar Kalinowski:And here's another one.
Caesar Kalinowski:That's one of my favorite things is as a community, start to host an open table night.
Caesar Kalinowski:Each week where you know anyone and everyone's invited to a simple meal it's high invitation right?
Caesar Kalinowski:Hey, it's easy to come, but it's low challenge.
Caesar Kalinowski:You're not trying to talk anybody into anything or get them to join something or say some magic prayer or anything.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's no big agenda.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's for building relationships and trust.
Caesar Kalinowski:And by starting that as a predictable pattern, you will always have that opportunity.
Caesar Kalinowski:So when you.
Caesar Kalinowski:Run into somebody or another neighbor or whoever.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's not like, Hey, we should get together.
Caesar Kalinowski:And then you never remember to, Oh, next time you see them.
Caesar Kalinowski:You're like, Oh, I still want to get together.
Caesar Kalinowski:Let's get that on the calendar.
Caesar Kalinowski:But by hosting that predictable pattern of some sort of open table, a regular, you know, a meal or.
Caesar Kalinowski:Brunch or even a happy hour or a dessert night or something, whatever, you know, fits your life and schedule.
Caesar Kalinowski:Then you kind of have that and you just trust God for who comes.
Caesar Kalinowski:You invite everybody you run into and it's just, it's no big deal.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's relational building time.
Caesar Kalinowski:Remember, you're looking to start any of these things, not as one-offs, but as predictable patterns.
Caesar Kalinowski:That's what I'm saying.
Caesar Kalinowski:Don't try to do them all at once.
Caesar Kalinowski:Just pick kind of one upward.
Caesar Kalinowski:In the six rhythms, one inward, one outward member, those six rhythms, you're already doing all that stuff.
Caesar Kalinowski:Now you're just going to intentionalize.
Caesar Kalinowski:Are we doing an up and in, or an out experience within that?
Caesar Kalinowski:And you may notice something here.
Caesar Kalinowski:You couldn't even do these simple up in out rhythms.
Caesar Kalinowski:If you even just picked one and just one night of the week.
Caesar Kalinowski:No, you couldn't because a Missional Community is a family and, and you can never do healthy, meaningful family life in just a couple hours, one night, a week.
Caesar Kalinowski:What we're trying to restart is a family rhythm.
Caesar Kalinowski:That's kinda gotten broken in disjointed and separated.
Caesar Kalinowski:And now we're trying to get back to live in like a family on mission and extended family and oikos on mission.
Caesar Kalinowski:And I know none of these suggestions are amazing.
Caesar Kalinowski:Like, Whoa, that's crazy.
Caesar Kalinowski:How did you ever think of that?
Caesar Kalinowski:I'm just trying to get you started again.
Caesar Kalinowski:They're simple ideas, but if you will get started and you'll stick with them over time, new rhythms and relationships will begin to form.
Caesar Kalinowski:And you're going to find yourself in a whole new season and you know what would be great, I'd love to know your up in out experiences within these six discipleship rhythms.
Caesar Kalinowski:Like which ones did you pick?
Caesar Kalinowski:What have you found fun and effective for restarting your Missional Community life?
Caesar Kalinowski:Would you share those with me and us?
Caesar Kalinowski:Like if you'll go over to the Everyday Disciple Podcast group on Facebook that I was talking about, remember, you can go to Everyday Disciple dot com forwardslash Facebook.
Caesar Kalinowski:I'd love to hear those, like pay it forward.
Caesar Kalinowski:What are you doing?
Caesar Kalinowski:What did you do?
Caesar Kalinowski:What did you learn?
Caesar Kalinowski:How's it going ? Establishing new predictable patterns, simple ones, just, you know, one or two at first.
Caesar Kalinowski:And by the way, if you'd like help with all this, if you're interested in, you know, learning more and getting.
Caesar Kalinowski:My help.
Caesar Kalinowski:me and, Tina, we coached together.
Caesar Kalinowski:We coach as couples, for couples.
Caesar Kalinowski:I would love to talk to you about that.
Caesar Kalinowski:I'd love you to consider at least checking that out.
Caesar Kalinowski:Go over to Everyday Disciple dot com forward slash coaching.
Caesar Kalinowski:You'll learn a whole lot more and there's a little thing you can do.
Caesar Kalinowski:Fill out, put your email address in there and whatever, and I'll get together with y'all contact.
Caesar Kalinowski:You we'll get on zoom and we get to know each other and see if it's a good fit.
Caesar Kalinowski:Okay.
Caesar Kalinowski:Let's get to the big three takeaways from today's topic.
Caesar Kalinowski:You don't want to miss these, these big three thoughts.
Caesar Kalinowski:And by the way, I'll send you a printable PDF of these big three as a free download by going to Everyday Disciple dot com forward slash big three b i g.
Caesar Kalinowski:The number three.
Caesar Kalinowski:I'll send it to you right now, and I'm going to be adding that up in out.
Caesar Kalinowski:Six discipleship rhythms matrix we're at kind of cross, you know, cross drain those.
Caesar Kalinowski:So you get so many different ideas.
Caesar Kalinowski:That'll be all added to the big three, download for you this week.
Caesar Kalinowski:Okay.
Caesar Kalinowski:Here's the big three number one.
Caesar Kalinowski:Don't wait to restart your Community rhythms.
Caesar Kalinowski:Most of us have lost a lot of Missional Community momentum over the course of the summer.
Caesar Kalinowski:. I know a lot of people have.
Caesar Kalinowski:But now is the time to expand your circles of relationships back out to the fuller community and also their People of Peace.
Caesar Kalinowski:So don't wait, don't put it off.
Caesar Kalinowski:pick something, get going.
Caesar Kalinowski:Right.
Caesar Kalinowski:Number two, God was not surprised by how your group did these past months.
Caesar Kalinowski:. I want you to hear that don't miss that.
Caesar Kalinowski:He wasn't surprised by anything you did or didn't do.
Caesar Kalinowski:It didn't catch God off guard and he is restoring people and relationships, and he's glorifying himself through everything.
Caesar Kalinowski:. And there's no condemnation or shame for us because you know, things have slowed down or stalled.
Caesar Kalinowski:Our father loves us and I promise you, he is used these past months to prepare us for what's next.
Caesar Kalinowski:If we'll trust him and get started, let's be part of his restoration of all things, starting with our own families in Community.
Caesar Kalinowski:And number three, begin to reestablish predictable patterns there.
Caesar Kalinowski:It's about the hundredth time.
Caesar Kalinowski:I've said it today.
Caesar Kalinowski:Listen to this episode with others, from your community and pick a few key rhythms that everyone knows that you'll for sure be doing together at the same time and in the same manner each week, start with one in each of those three categories, Jesus prioritized upward, inward and outward.
Caesar Kalinowski:And I promise that if you will restart things in these ways, the ways I'm I'm sharing with you.
Caesar Kalinowski:You'll find healthy rhythms restored within your group.
Caesar Kalinowski:And you're going to have an amazing summer on mission together.
Caesar Kalinowski:These are not things I just made up for today.
Caesar Kalinowski:These are things we have done over and over in our own lives and helped lots of people do in Community.
Caesar Kalinowski:So if you're serious about discipleship and mission, I know you are, or you wouldn't be listening.
Caesar Kalinowski:This will work for you.
Caesar Kalinowski:And, and remember, I'm going to add that up in out six discipleship rhythms to this big three, download for you.
Caesar Kalinowski:All right.
Caesar Kalinowski:That was a fun talk.
Caesar Kalinowski:And it's really practical one.
Caesar Kalinowski:And it requires us to sort of put our feet on the road and pick some things and get going.
Caesar Kalinowski:But that's it for today.
Caesar Kalinowski:I hope you'll join us again.
Caesar Kalinowski:Next week, I'm working on some pretty special things.
Caesar Kalinowski:I got a guest that's going to join me or two, and I know you're going to love their insights, wisdom, and immediate practical takeaways for your life.
Caesar Kalinowski:Your family, as you make discipleship a lifestyle.
Caesar Kalinowski:Okay.
Caesar Kalinowski:Can't wait.
Caesar Kalinowski:I'll see you then.
